Accounting specialist

Load N Go is a fast-growing logistics and trucking company operating nationwide across the U.S. We’re known for efficient freight transportation, strong carrier relationships, and our commitment to operational excellence. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a reliable Accounting Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out drivers and owner-operatosr settlement statements on a weekly basis.

• Accurately add and track all charges, deductions, reimbursements, and pay-related entries (e.g., layovers, detention, fuel advances, etc.).

• Cross-check paperwork and documentation for billing accuracy (rate cons, fuel receipts, etc.).

• Assist with the reconciliation of company expenses and internal records.

• Support the month-end close and reporting processes.

• Communicate with dispatchers and drivers to clarify statement or deduction questions.

• Assist with invoice tracking and customer payment status updates, if needed.

• Maintain digital records and support audit readiness.

Requirements:

• 1−3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the trucking/logistics industry.

• Familiarity with driver settlements and standard trucking deductions is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English).

• Experience with TMS or similar accounting software is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM CST (16:00—01:00 Kiev Time) Remote candidates are welcome with a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
