  What we expect you will do:

• Assist the Head of Fiduciary and Investment Practices in daily operations. Upon successful completion of the probation term — legal project planning and legal project management.
• Conduct research on practical matters within key practice areas.
• Manage documentation.

• Management consulting company as part of a financial group (Asset Management, Fund Management, Wealth Management, Brokerage, Banking, Financial Advisory).
• Set up private fiduciary structures.
• Set up investment undertaking infrastructure.
• Website and LinkedIn should help in further research.Perfect backgrounds:

Perfect backgrounds:

• Non-resident company registration service (best).
• Junior from the financial sector or compliance (best).
• Junior or middle-level specialist in an IT company (average).
• Junior paralegal from an international law firm (average).
• Post-graduate or other — the candidate will have a 15-minute first interview.

No-go

• State organs.
• Advocate or notary assistant.
• Police or attorney office.

Crucial:

• English.
• Degree in law.
