Assistant Financial Manager

Our company is currently looking for a responsible Assistant Financial Manager.

Requirements:

• The ability to work with Excel, Google Sheets;
• The ability to work with large amounts of information, numbers and databases;
• Good analytical skills;
• Knowledge of CRM systems;
• Understanding financial terms;
• The ability to work on multiple tasks with attention to detail;
• Education in the field of finance;
• Strong skills in English speaking and writing (level: Upper intermediate).

Responsibilities:

• Working with Teamwork platform;
• Provide financial reports;
• Correspond with various other departments and agree on future paths to be taken regarding the financial questions;
• Sending invoices;
• Keeping records of payments for each project;

• Prompt resolution of customer problems and questions;
• Preparing and sending reminds;
• Performing tasks related to financial and administrative processes;
• Monitoring and managing accounts receivable;
• Checking hours reports in the time tracking system;
• Maintain the financial health of the organisation;
• Checking the status of employees (part-time / full-time);
• Working with IT Fin.

Terms of work:

• Paid vacation (15 business days per year);
