    Reports and Data is a leading global research and consulting firm offering syndicated and custom market intelligence to Fortune 500 companies across key industry verticals. We serve clients across Europe, the Americas, and APAC with data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

    We are now expanding our footprint across Europe and are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive based in Ukraine who can drive outbound and inbound consulting sales, manage high-value client relationships, and contribute to our global growth journey.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Identify and reach out to potential clients (Fortune 500s, top consultancies, and research buyers) across Europe via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, calls)
    • Respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term clients
    • Pitch Reports and Data’s market research and consulting services tailored to client needs
    • Nurture accounts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline, track activities in CRM, and meet/exceed monthly revenue targets
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs across industries

    Who You Are

    • Based in Ukraine with a reliable remote work setup
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
    • Proficiency in German or French is highly preferred
    • 1−3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in market research, consulting, SaaS, or professional services)
    • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders across Europe
    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
