    Role Overview

    We’re seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and qualify candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, and niche communities in Poland (Warsaw), Georgia (Tbilisi), Ukraine, and South Africa. You’ll own the candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill roles, ensuring we meet diverse hiring needs with speed and quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Candidate Research & Mapping:
      • ○ Conduct deep market mapping to uncover passive and active candidates across our target regions.
      • ○ Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, alumni networks, and tech/community forums to build talent pools.
    • Outreach & Engagement:
      • ○ Craft personalized outreach messages (InMails, emails, social DMs) that speak to each country’s language nuances, cultural motivators, and local career trends.
      • ○ Track response rates, iterate on messaging, and optimize cadences to maximize candidate interest.
    • Screening & Qualification:

    ○ Perform initial screening calls to assess candidate fit (technical skills, experience, English proficiency, cultural alignment).

    ○ Maintain detailed candidate profiles in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), ensuring up-to-date notes and status.

    • Collaboration & Handover:
      • ○ Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and regional salary/benefit benchmarks (e.g., competitive packages in Warsaw, remote perks in South Africa).
      • ○ Deliver weekly sourcing reports and talent pipeline forecasts.
    • Market Intelligence:
      • ○ Stay informed on local labor market trends, salary ranges, and competitor hiring activity in each region.
      • ○ Share insights that inform job postings, employer branding, and compensation strategies.

        Qualifications

    • ● 2+ years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally in IT/tech or B2B services.
    • ● Proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
    • ● Excellent written English; fluency in Polish, Georgian, Ukrainian, or Afrikaans is a plus.
    • ● Strong research skills and familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
    • ● Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters) and CRM tools.
    • ● Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working across multiple time zones.
