    🧭 Who we’re looking for We’re hiring a Personal Assistant who:

    • can manage a calendar like a pro and protect the founder’s focus
    • isn’t afraid of Google Sheets, Zapier, Notion, or 15-minute catch-up calls
    • communicates clearly, respectfully, and knows when to ask questions
    • feels comfortable in a dynamic environment where processes are still evolving
    • takes ownership and treats the business like their own

    This isn’t about «admin routine.» This is about creating order, catching what falls between the cracks, and being two steps ahead.

    💼 What you’ll do

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, send reminders
    • Keep track of tasks and follow-ups, help prioritize
    • Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the executive
    • Support with reports, presentations, document prep, and email drafts
    • Jump into research, bookings, logistics and one-off requests
    • Stay available and proactive during the workday (9 AM — 5 PM EST / 16:00—24:00 Kyiv time)

    🧠 What we expect — 1+ year experience as a PA, admin, coordinator, or project assistant — Confident spoken and written English (B2+ minimum) — Strong self-organization and time management — Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and task managers — Common sense, accountability, and a calm attitude under pressure

    🕘 Work setup

    • Remote, full-time, long-term
    • Working hours: 9 AM — 5 PM EST (Kyiv: 16:00—24:00)
    • Direct work with the founder, no micromanagement
    • Opportunity to grow into a broader operations or executive support role
    • Onboarding and context provided — we’ll set you up for success
