Media Buyer

We’re NOT just looking for someone who knows how to set up ad campaigns. We’re looking for a growth-minded media buyer — someone who thinks like a growth hacker and knows how to find opportunities, test fast, scale what works, and drive real business results

About the role:

You’ll work closely with our team of media buyers, designers, and videographers to launch, manage, and scale performance-driven ad campaigns on Meta Ads. Your goal will be to grow our clients' brands profitably through structured testing, smart budget allocation, and continuous optimization.

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in eCommerce, especially Shopify-based stores.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, AOV, etc.
• English level B1 or higher — strong written communication; ability to understand team tasks, documentation, analytics dashboards, and communicate within the team if needed.
• A growth hacker mindset — you’re always testing, optimizing, and looking for ways to improve performance through creative and data-driven ideas.
• Comfortable working with creative teams (designers, videographers) to develop and test high-performing assets.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
