We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team and lead strategic initiatives aimed at portfolio expansion and business growth through licensing, strategic alliances, and M&A opportunities — both in our core markets and beyond.

Your Impact

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of in-licensing, out-licensing, co-development, and M&A opportunities aligned with the company’s portfolio strategy
  • Drive the expansion of our product portfolio, focusing on unmet market needs and long-term value creation
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of external opportunities, from early-stage assets to mature commercial products
  • Develop partnership strategies with pharmaceutical companies and regional players
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution: from scouting and due diligence to negotiation, internal alignment, and closing
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure strategic fit and execution readiness
  • Manage and cultivate long-term external partnerships and act as a key ambassador of the company in international forums, conferences, and dealmaking platforms
  • Contribute to corporate development efforts, including competitive landscape analysis, valuation models, and strategic decision-making processes

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, with a strong track record in in-licensing, out-licensing, or partnership management
  • Experience in portfolio strategy, contracting, or corporate development/M&A is highly desirable
  • Background in Life Sciences, Business, or Law; MBA or additional qualifications are a plus
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to assess opportunities from scientific, commercial, and financial perspectives
  • Skilled in managing complex cross-functional projects and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of ownership, agility, and initiative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Open to international business travel
