About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced freelance Pattern Maker specializing in fitted women’s clothing to join our team on a per-client, per-order basis. You’ll collaborate directly with us and our manufacturers to create precise patterns and detailed tech packs. This is a flexible, remote, freelance opportunity, perfect for someone skilled in garment construction seeking project-based engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate patterns for women’s fitted apparel.

• Create comprehensive tech packs in English to ensure clear communication with manufacturers.

• Collaborate closely with manufacturers to ensure production feasibility and high-quality outcomes.

• Adjust and refine patterns based on client feedback and fitting requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pattern Maker, specifically in women’s fitted garments.

• Portfolio showcasing previous pattern work and completed garments.

• Experience working directly with clothing manufacturers.

• Ability to create detailed and clear tech packs in English.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to garment fit and quality.

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
