Business Analyst (Middle)

We’re currently looking for aBusiness Analyst to join our team and help optimize internal processes, build analytical systems, and drive product and operational insights. Your future tasks:

• Identify business needs through meetings with internal stakeholders and teams;
• Create and maintain documentation: specifications, requirements, business process diagrams, technical tasks;
• Analyze and model existing workflows, propose and implement improvements;
• Build the company’s BI structure and dashboards for cross-team use;
• Conduct in-depth data analysis around customer behavior, product usage, and pricing;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create a project roadmap and align on priorities;
• Assess implemented solutions, gather feedback, and propose further optimizations. What we expect:

• 3+ years hands on experience on a Business Analyst role;
• Understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools (BI).
• Strong skills in modeling and optimizing business processes;
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail;
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large flows of information without losing focus;
• Professional-level English proficiency;
• Experience working in product companies is a plus.
