Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to implement and provide ongoing support for the IT-Enterprise ERP system. The key focus will be on configuring a ready-made (boxed) solution, particularly the CRM and Document Management modules, and further support the team of Diia.City United.

This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist seeking a project-based role on a part-time, outsource basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and setup of the box solution based on IT-Enterprise.
  • Deployment of the boxed solution from IT-Enterprise using cloud solutions.
  • Configuration and adaptation of the CRM and Document Management modules according to the company’s business processes.
  • Setting up user access rights and roles.
  • Providing ongoing technical maintenance and user support for the system.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues that arise for users.
  • Maintaining basic technical documentation of the system configurations.
  • System administration: monitoring, configuration, updates, maintaining stable operation.
  • Data security management with a cloud-based solution.

  • Leadership & Initiative: Capable of independently driving the project management activities and fostering collaboration with the team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, interpret, and present data and information to effectively set-up and support digitalisation of processes and data.

Our Requirements:

  • A mandatory requirement of 3+ years of experience with the IT-Enterprise ERP system.
  • Hands-on experience with the implementation and configuration of CRM and/or Document Management modules within IT-Enterprise.
  • Understanding of business processes related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and electronic document management.
  • Ability to independently analyze tasks and find optimal technical solutions within the system’s functionality.
  • Good communication skills for effective interaction with users.
  • Practical skills in working with Microsoft SQL Server (administration, queries, optimization)
  • Understanding the architecture of ERP systems, experience in integration with other systems.
  • Willingness to immerse yourself in the specifics of the Association’s work and its digital ecosystem.

Will be a plus:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL for writing queries.
  • Experience integrating IT-Enterprise with other systems.
