Client Relations Manager (US Market)

We are a growing US real estate development company looking for a confident and proactive person who enjoys communicating with people and wants to grow in an international business environment 🚀

You will work with inbound leads, speak with potential investors and partners, coordinate follow-ups, and help maintain strong business relationships 🤝

What You’ll Do

• Contact inbound leads who have already shown interest 📩
• Conduct calls in English and clarify their needs 📞
• Communicate with investors, brokers, and business partners 🤝
• Schedule meetings and manage follow-ups 📅
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date 🧠
• Support the founders with day-to-day client communication 💬
• Assist with community and networking activities when needed 🌐

What We’re Looking For

• English level C1 or higher 🇺🇸
• Confidence in phone and Zoom communication 🎧
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 🤝
• Responsibility, speed, and attention to detail ✅
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups 🔄
• Interest in business, investments, entrepreneurship, or real estate 💼

Experience in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Community Management, or Operations will be a plus ⭐

Monday-Friday, approximately 2:00 PM-12:00 AM Kyiv time (but not more than 8 working hours) ⏰
