About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Field Test Engineer to join our Q&A division in Kyiv and lead the field-testing strategies for our autonomous robotic systems.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring our platforms perform flawlessly under the most demanding real-world conditions. You will have the unique opportunity to put our technology to the ultimate test, providing critical feedback that directly shapes the future of our products.

In this role, you will

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, validation procedures, and acceptance criteria for our autonomous robots and their subsystems.
• A big chunk of your work will involve field testing and product trials at proving grounds/proving fields across Ukraine under various weather and environmental conditions
• Lead hands-on field testing and product trials at proving grounds across Ukraine, operating in diverse and challenging environments.
• Analyze test data to deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations that directly influence our engineering roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers to validate new features and drive continuous system improvements.
• Organize and deliver expert technical training on maintenance and operations to our end-users and technical personnel.
• Act as a key technical expert, supporting troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for issues identified during testing.

Your Profile

• A proven track record with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, such as hardware testing, robotics validation, or field engineering.
• Deep experience in developing test methodologies for complex mechanical and control systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, with proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose circuit-level faults.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with experience coordinating teams in a dynamic environment.
• A talent for creating structured technical documentation and clear, insightful test reports.
• Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• The flexibility and willingness to travel frequently for business trips across Ukraine.
• A valid driver’s license and experience with manual transmission vehicles are mandatory for this role*.
• A technical degree in mechatronics, electronics, or mechanics, or a background in robotics is a significant plus.
