Key Responsibilities

• Help implement initiatives in the areas of capital markets and corporate finance.
• Participate in the preparation of projects related to investments, financing, and corporate development.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and external advisory teams.
• Assist with investor communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in corporate governance, compliance, and reporting processes.
• Monitor market trends, financing opportunities, and changes in legislation.
• Support initiatives aimed at strategic growth and business expansion.
