Safety Coordinator (US Trucking)

LNG Holding is looking for a Safety Specialist to support our Safety Division and help keep our trucking operations compliant, organized, and efficient.

In this role, you will work closely with drivers, dispatch, and maintenance teams to ensure all safety documents, records, and compliance requirements are properly maintained and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Driver Compliance: Maintain driver qualification files, certifications, and ensure drivers are legally eligible to operate commercial vehicles.
• Truck Documentation: Maintain truck binders and keep registrations, insurance, permits, and inspection reports up to date.
• Invoice & TMS Management: Collect, review, and upload invoices into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Driver & Team Support: Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and maintenance teams regarding safety, compliance, and documentation-related matters.
• Compliance & Audits: Organize driver files, truck documentation, permits, and tax records to ensure audit readiness.
• Administrative Support: Utilize TMS and compliance systems to manage documentation, prepare reports, and support the Safety Department’s daily operations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Safety Division members and other departments to ensure all processes run smoothly without delays or compliance gaps.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in trucking, dispatch, or safety — required
• Basic understanding of FMCSA, ELD, and HOS regulations
• English level: B2 or higher
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Previous experience leading or managing a team would be considered a strong advantage

Schedule Full-time | 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM CST (4:00 PM — 01:00 AM Kyiv time)
