About the Role

At TEKTELIC, our products move from quote to delivery through close coordination between Sales, Operations, and Finance. The Delivery Prime is responsible for ensuring this entire journey runs smoothly for our EU customers.

This role combines commercial coordination and inside sales support with hands-on logistics execution, ensuring accurate quoting, efficient order processing, and seamless shipment management—from factory to warehouse and onward to the customer.

You will act as a key point of coordination between customers, the EU sales team, and internal operations, taking ownership of orders from quote through to final delivery.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role with significant ownership, ideal for someone building a career in operations, supply chain, or commercial delivery within a product-based organization.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Management

• Prepare, issue, and manage quotations, RFQs, and RFPs in coordination with the EU sales team
• Validate product configurations, pricing, and commercial terms on quotes and orders
• Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to quotes, orders, and delivery status
• Follow up on submitted RFQs/RFPs and support sales pipeline progression
• Maintain and update customer records including contact, shipping, and billing information

Logistics & Delivery Execution

• Plan, initiate, and coordinate shipments across key logistics flows:
  • Factory → Warehouse
  • Factory → Customer
  • Warehouse → Customer
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to execute shipments
• Monitor order and shipment status, proactively addressing delays or issues
• Ensure all shipping and delivery documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) is accurate and complete
• Support export compliance and customs documentation as required
• Communicate delivery schedules and status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Operations Coordination

• Track and update order and purchase order status within ERP
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Identify and resolve order, shipment, or documentation discrepancies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of order management and logistics processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, delivery coordination, or inside sales support
• Experience supporting B2B customers, ideally across European markets
• Practical understanding of order-to-cash processes and supply chain/logistics workflows
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor or similar)
• Strong communication and customer service skills across time zones
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Structured, problem-solving mindset
• Upper-Intermediate English

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping practices
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
