Marketing, SEO Specialist

We are developing a modern B2B SaaS platform that helps teams manage projects, collaborate, track time, automate workflows, and run their business from a single workspace.

We’re looking for an experienced SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist to lead our organic growth efforts and help expand our product’s presence in competitive global markets. This is a hands-on role with a high level of ownership, where you’ll have the freedom to shape and execute SEO and growth strategies that directly impact the product’s success.

What you’ll do

• Own and execute the company’s organic growth and SEO strategy.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Grow organic traffic through technical SEO, on-page optimization, content marketing, and link-building.
• Plan and oversee content marketing initiatives, including landing pages, blog content, email campaigns, and product messaging.
• Perform keyword research, market research, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and development teams to launch marketing campaigns and optimize user acquisition.
• Analyze marketing performance, website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to continuously improve results.
• Experiment with new acquisition channels, growth strategies, and AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate research, content creation, SEO analysis, campaign planning, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or SEO, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and organic growth.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from idea to launch.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic, leads, or product sign-ups.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher).
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve productivity and marketing execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• High level of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.

• Experience marketing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with project management, productivity, or collaboration software.
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience running content marketing initiatives.
