Crew Operator

We are looking for a Crew Operator to join our international maritime team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate crew changes and travel arrangements.
- Maintain crew records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with certification, visa, and flag state requirements.
- Communicate with vessels, seafarers, manning agencies, and service providers.
- Support onboarding and day-to-day crewing operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in crewing, shipping is an advantage.
- Good spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
