About Position

Transportation operations move fast, and our team depends on accurate information to keep every process on track. As our Data Entry Coordinator, you will be ensuring that records of logistics activity are properly maintained so that the team always has reliable information to monitor performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor drivers' activity, including working hours and logbooks, to ensure operational accuracy and compliance with internal processes;
• Update spreadsheets according to completed deliveries, keeping operational data accurate and up to date;
• Check drivers' score cards to ensure all information is complete and correct;
• Support the Operations team with daily reporting and data-related tasks.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based in Kyiv city center — remote is not considered.
• Afternoon schedule aligned with US business hours: 14:00 — 23:00 (with one hour to relocate)
