GotYourBack Support is hiring a Technical Support Specialist! We’re looking for someone whose main goal is to deliver genuinely amazing support. Our clients truly value expert, remote tech assistance — and that’s where you come in.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide top-notch technical support, including setup, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting;
• Help clients easily solve hardware and software issues;
• Answer questions about our products and services;
• Take on other fun and relevant work tasks.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong tech skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (yes, there will be calls!);
• Flexibility and a proactive mindset;
• Resilience under pressure;
• A tech degree or previous tech support experience is a great bonus!
