Expedite Dispatcher (U.S. Market)

Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC is looking for an experienced Expedite Dispatcher to join our remote team.

We specialize in U.S. expedited freight and work primarily with Sprinter/Cargo Vans and Box Trucks.

Responsibilities

• Find and book profitable loads using DAT, Sylectus, and other load boards
• Negotiate rates and communicate with U.S. brokers
• Coordinate drivers from pickup to delivery
• Handle day-to-day issues and keep loads running smoothly
• Prepare and manage basic load documentation (Rate Confirmations, BOLs)

Requirements

• 4+ months of U.S. logistics dispatching experience
• Hands-on experience with Sprinter/Cargo Van or Box Truck
• Experience with DAT and/or Sylectus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• English B1-B2+
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
