Recruiter (Drivers USA)

We are a young transportation company operating in the USA.

As our company expands, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The main responsibilities include generating and processing leads, which are Ukrainian and Russian speaking drivers in the territory of the USA. This job requires cold calling skills, that is why experience in sales will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or higher level of spoken English
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and effectively communicate with candidates
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset
• Availability to work U.S. business hours

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit Owner-Operators and Company Drivers
• Work with candidate databases, job boards, Facebook, Telegram, and other recruiting channels
• Make cold calls to potential candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate screening
• Present the company’s employment and partnership opportunities to candidates
