UGC Creator

Location: Poland Work Type: Freelance / Part-Time Language: Polish — Native or Fluent English: Conversational preferred

We are looking for a creative and confident Polish-speaking UGC Creator to produce engaging video content for social media and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create natural, authentic UGC-style videos in Polish
• Record talking-head videos, short-form videos, reviews, explainers, and promotional content
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
• Follow provided scripts or create natural content based on key talking points
• Film using a smartphone with good video and audio quality
• Produce lifestyle, street, office, or location-based content when required
• Complete assigned videos within agreed deadlines
• Make reasonable revisions when requested
• Work with our marketing and content team on new ideas and campaigns

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish speaker
• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to create natural content that does not look overly scripted
• Good-quality smartphone and reliable internet connection
• Basic understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines

Preferred

• Previous UGC, social media, acting, presenting, or content creation experience
• Basic video editing skills
• Ability to create both professional and casual-style content
• English communication skills
• Based in Warsaw or another major Polish city is a plus
