CRM Outreach Specialist

We have an opening for a CRM Outreach Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for both earning extra income and developing a career in IT sales.

Requirements:

• Own computer or laptop;
• Stable internet connection;
• Conversational English — B2;
• Previous experience working with people, such as sales, customer support, recruitment, call center, account management, lead generation, hospitality, or a similar field;
• Experience working with a LinkedIn profile (be plus)

Key responsibilities:

• Outbound Communication (written);
• Working with interested potential clients;
• Scheduling introductory calls and conducting the initial call;
• Working with a CRM system (an in-house product) that is integrated with AI.

Additionally:

• The position may be suitable both for candidates looking for full-time employment and for professionals who would like to combine this role with other activities.
• The ability to choose their preferred working hours;
• The number of working hours per day may vary depending on the employee’s availability;
• The main requirement is to meet the established performance targets;
• Minimum workload — 20 hours per week;
• Workload of up to 40 hours per week is possible.
