I have 10+ years of experience in law, 2 years as a business assistant to the CEO of an IT company.
I am looking for remote work as I live in Spain.
I am looking for the position of Business Assistant to the CEO, Founder (not a secretary) to perform complex
tasks.
It is important for me to have good communication and relationships. You can count on me in the context of
storing confidential information, trust.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / LEGAL / OPERATIONS / HR/ RECRUITING TO THE CEO/FOUNDER, BLUEPES

- Strategy and Process Development: I work closely with the CEO to develop and refine company strategies and
processes.
- Client Communication: I handle communications with international clients, understanding their needs and
offering solutions.

In a new position and field for me over the last 2 years, along with routine work, I have done:

1. Created and described (+ direct use):
- the Life cycle process of an employee in the company;
- the recruiting process;
- onboarding and offboarding process;
- the process of compensating employees' expenses;
- salary review process;
- "database" of clients and employees in Jira and tracking of events in it;
- HIPPA compliance Security Measures for Business Associates + relevant additional contracts with employees
(Third Party Risk Agreement; Business Associate Agreement);
- summary of the data of current contracts in the company with an indication of their validity period

2. It was started by me:
- birthday greetings and sending gifts;
- greetings with other relevant holidays;
- monthly coffee meetings of all employees with a schedule and a list of topics;
- 1:1 conversations;
- offline events if physically possible;
- Security training of employees and their tracking with the help of a third service

3. Fixed on my initiative:
- the amount of the fine collected from the client (x2) for late payment; - certain irrelevant clauses in contracts;
- updating company data in the business register

4. Learned in addition to the above:
- communications with clients for various reasons from the engagement process to the invoicing process;
- support a small project with a small team in interaction with the client, his requirements using Scrum;
- basic understanding of the Project Life Cycle, team responsibilities, task estimation process,
fulfillment/clarification/approval of requirements, etc.;
- organize and conduct interviews;
- hold 1:1 meetings with employees;
- coordinate the necessary working moments with the CEO entirely in English;
- entering invoices on a special platform of the accounting company;
- sign contracts on behalf of the company using an additional electronic service
