With the purpose of strengthening our Customer Support team, we are now searching for a motivated candidate to land the position of Customer Service Specialist in our growing company. If you have an outgoing, friendly personality and enjoy interacting with others, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with and help customers with their queries over e-mail or chat;

• Investigate problems, develop and propose solutions with further follow-up on the final resolution for a customer;

• Liaise with customers;

• Provide impeccable customer service;

• Working schedule includes day and night shifts

Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of proven experience in the Customer Support Agent position;
• Stress resilience and ability to work under pressure;
• Analytical mindset and high attention to details;
• Multitasking abilities;
• Proficiency in English (written) and Russian languages;
• Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
