Lawyer

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the iGaming industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee various commercial contracts, including SLA, MSA, DPA, NDAs, B2B/B2C agreements, and PSP contracts.
• Legislation & Compliance: Monitor legal changes in European and Georgian jurisdictions, ensuring the company remains compliant with evolving regulations. Provide timely legal insights and risk assessments.
• Jurisdiction Research: Analyze legal frameworks in countries where the company operates or plans to expand, identifying potential regulatory challenges.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate legal risks in business operations and transactions, offering practical solutions to minimize exposure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external legal advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure all business activities meet legal requirements. Prepare reports for the Head of Legal.
• Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial law, corporate law, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of European Union regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in contract law with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents in English.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (or Russian) languages.
• Experience working with compliance matters such as AML/KYC, GDPR, or similar regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, providing clear and practical legal advice to management.
