Bookkeeper

We are a developing property management company based in Brooklyn, NY, and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team remotely.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English — must be able to communicate effectively in English.

• At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping for properties in Brooklyn.

• Reconcile bank accounts.

• Handle mailings.

• Respond to requests from property owners.

• Send financial reports to the board.

• Ensure the accuracy of financial reports.

• Utilize the cash method of accounting.
