Sales Assistant

We are a direct marketing agency headquartered in Nice, France, specialized in the Telco & Broadcast industry. We help technology solution providers connect with global Communication Service Providers through high-quality contact data and lead generation services.

We’re currently looking for a full-time Sales Assistant (English-speaking) to support our growing sales team. This is a fully remote role and an exciting opportunity for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in international B2B sales.

Your Missions:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily sales operations and client communications
• Reactivate, qualify and follow-up existing prospects
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals
• Assisting with lead generation, prospecting and promotional activities (manually or through AI tools)
• Maintaining and updating our CRM with accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales support or commercial assistant role (motivated junior profiles also welcome)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), French is a plus but not required
• Based outside of Western Europe and available to work CET hours
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic about sales and client relations
• Knowledge of the Telco & Broadcast industry is a plus, but not required
