After-Hours Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a sharp, dependable After-Hours Operations Specialist to keep our drivers moving and solve critical operational issues overnight.

Core Responsibilities

• Support drivers during after-hours operations
• Coordinate breakdown situations and roadside assistance
• Communicate with brokers in critical situations
• Assist with lumper payments and generate EFS codes
• Resolve pickup and delivery issues
• Assist with appointment-related issues
• Support drivers through emergency situations
• Handle paperwork, trailer, and PO-related issues
• Relay key information to dispatch and the safety department
• Book loads when needed

What Matters to Us

• Experience in U.S. logistics dispatch — required
• Solid understanding of trucking operational processes
• Experience working with owner-operators is a plus
• English Intermediate+ or higher
• Ability to think fast and make decisions under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-management
• Stress resilience and quick, clear communication

Working Conditions

• Fully remote position
• Shift schedule: 2/2 rotation — two night shifts on, two nights off. Each shift is 12 hours, 01:00—13:00 Kyiv time (EEST) / 6PM-6AM EST
• Probation period (3 months): $1,000/rate. After probation: $1,200/rate
• Paid vacation and sick leave
