Опис вакансії

We are looking for legal counsel to join a Family Office with a focus on contracts, intellectual property, and philanthropic projects.

Key requirements:

Law degree
2−4 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house)
Strong experience in contract drafting and review
Practical experience in intellectual property (IP)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice to have:

Experience with art transactions / art market
Experience in philanthropic or charitable projects
Exposure to foreign jurisdictions

Key responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (including in English)
Legal support of asset acquisitions (including art)
Handling IP matters (assignment, licensing, etc.)
Supporting philanthropic and charitable initiatives
Providing day-to-day legal support across Family Office activities (corporate, commercial, and related matters)
Involvement in international projects and coordination with external advisors
