We are looking for legal counsel to join a Family Office with a focus on contracts, intellectual property, and philanthropic projects.

Key requirements:

• Law degree
• 2−4 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house)
• Strong experience in contract drafting and review
• Practical experience in intellectual property (IP)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice to have:

• Experience with art transactions / art market
• Experience in philanthropic or charitable projects
• Exposure to foreign jurisdictions

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (including in English)
• Legal support of asset acquisitions (including art)
• Handling IP matters (assignment, licensing, etc.)
• Supporting philanthropic and charitable initiatives
• Providing day-to-day legal support across Family Office activities (corporate, commercial, and related matters)
• Involvement in international projects and coordination with external advisors
