Requirements:

• Spoken English Intermediate/Upper Intermediate, good writing skills;
• experience in dispatching is a must;
• extreme focus on organization and time management;
• ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
• ability to adjust to a quickly changing environment;
• responsibility in completing tasks as well as for your own decisions;
• analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to details;

• confident computer user (DAT Power, Trucking Office, KeepTrucking, Adobe (pdf), Office 365, GPS tracking;
• readiness to work 15:00 — 00:00.

Responsibilities:

• searching for the loads, booking, and following them up;
• expediting the whole transportation cycle from picking up to delivery;
• dispatching drivers, planning their trips, and providing them with all necessary support;
• updating brokers, solving issues.
