Hello, we are looking for an energetic Sales Manager with fluent Romanian language skills for our projects in the gambling industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the customers via phone, email and WhatsApp to promote the personalized bonus offers enhancing their experience;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers by engaging in WhatsApp communications as a personal VIP manager to enhance satisfaction and retention;
  • Analyze various reports and record the relevant information in order to be able to tailor the offers/communication according to the customers' preferences and gaming habits;
  • Resolve the basic customers' queries regarding our product and redirect them to the Customer Support when needed;
  • Be aware of all the current promos/product features, suggest some improvements based on the customers' feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Romanian (ideally, at a native speaker level);
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Experience in a similar position (Sales Manager, VIP/Personal Manager, Customer Support Manager);
  • Understanding of the key sales principles;
  • Basic understanding of online casino flow and rules.
