Project Manager (SEO, PPC Agency)

We’re SEO Monster a dynamic SEO and PPC agency on a mission to deliver real results for our clients. We’re currently looking for a Full-Time Project Manager to join our growing team.

If you’re highly organized, digitally savvy, and fluent in client communication, you might be the perfect fit. You’ll lead the charge in managing SEO/PPC projects from start to finish — keeping everything on track, clients informed, and the team aligned.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication

Be the go-to contact for assigned clients. Ensure all communication is timely, clear, and professional.

Project Management

Oversee multiple SEO/PPC projects from kickoff to completion. Monitor timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and maintain project scope.

Task Coordination

Work closely with the SEO and PPC teams to assign tasks, track progress, and remove blockers.

Reporting & Analysis

Deliver regular updates to clients, including performance metrics, milestone achievements, and actionable next steps.

Expectation Management

Set realistic expectations for timelines and results — and communicate them clearly.

Quality Assurance

Review deliverables before they reach the client to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategic goals.

Problem Solving

Tackle client concerns proactively and keep projects running smoothly.

Team Liaison

Translate technical language into client-friendly updates. Act as the bridge between the team and the client.
