Marketing Director (Remote IoT)

We are a fast-growing IoT and AI product development company serving the US and Canadian markets. Our solutions range from fleet management systems to AI-powered customer service tools. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s global marketing strategy.

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (content, performance, design, PR).

• Drive brand positioning and oversee the development of brand assets and messaging.

• Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, email marketing, influencer marketing).

• Work closely with the product, sales, and executive teams to align marketing with business objectives.

• Analyze and optimize marketing performance using analytics and KPIs.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure high ROI on campaigns.

• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in tech, SaaS, or AI/IoT.

• Proven success in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, GA4, etc.).

• Experience with B2B marketing and understanding of US/Canadian markets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

• Fluent English (C1+).

• Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in AI, IoT, or deep tech.

• Background in product marketing or growth marketing.

• Previous experience with international expansion or managing distributed teams.
