Senior 2D Artist, Illustrator

Requirements:

▪️ At least 3 years of experience as a Senior 2D Artist/Illustrator in the gaming industry;

▪️ At least 1 year of team management experience, with strong process-building skills;

▪️ Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender (confident skills in creating 3D models for further rendering), Stable Diffusion, and other graphic tools;

▪️ Experience creating illustrations in a casual style for mobile games;

▪️ Strong sketching and visual storytelling skills;

▪️ Deep understanding of composition, perspective, color, lighting, and anatomy;

▪️ Ability to provide and implement feedback to improve work quality;

▪️ Creative mindset and the ability to generate original ideas;

▪️ Team spirit and ability to work in a cross-functional team;

▪️ Attention to detail and focus on high-quality results;

▪️ Proactiveness and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

▪️ Developing and creating high-quality illustrations from concept to final version;

▪️ Ensuring a consistent art style in the game and adapting graphic content to project needs;

▪️ Working closely with the Art Director, designers, and developers;

▪️ Maintaining high visual standards and quality;

▪️ Meeting deadlines without compromising quality;

▪️ Managing and developing the team of artists.
