CHI Software is a cost-effective development center, based in Kharkiv, Ukraine with representatives in Israel and the USA. We’ve started off in 2006. Nowadays, we offer UX/UI design, JavaScript, .Net, PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, C++ and Mobile (Android and iOS) integrated software solutions. We deliver both outsourcing and outstaffing services to startups and well-established companies worldwide.
